This is a reserve deposit only, not the full animal price. Your deposit is credited to the final invoice after hanging weight is recorded.
Animal Only: $5.00 per pound hanging weight (processing paid separately at the processor).
Farm-to-Freezer: $7.00 per pound hanging weight (includes haul, slaughter, standard cutting, vacuum packaging, labeling, weighing, and coordination). Specialty products may add charges.
Hogs are typically scheduled for Tuesday or Thursday processing after we confirm your reserve.
