This is a reserve deposit only, not the full animal price. It reserves a whole hog or a half hog. Your $300 deposit is credited to the final bill after hanging weight is recorded. The deposit is nonrefundable.
Animal Only: $5.00 per pound hanging weight (processing paid separately at the processor).
Farm to Freezer: $7.00 per pound hanging weight (includes haul, slaughter, standard cutting, vacuum packaging, labeling, weighing, and coordination). Specialty products may add charges.
Your deposit is credited toward the final bill when the order is completed.
Hogs are typically scheduled for Tuesday or Thursday processing after we confirm your reserve.
